**BLEICHEN general cargo freighter**
General cargo freighters like the BLEICHEN shaped the image of the Port of Hamburg before the time of the container giants. As a unique, originally preserved museum ship, the BLEICHEN offers an extraordinary setting for corporate events of all kinds as well as for private celebrations such as weddings.
Until 2016, the MS Bleichen was mainly found as a permanent event location at Shed 50 of Bremen's quay. But now BLEICHEN is actively underway in the Port of Hamburg again! Since 2018, the BLEICHEN can no longer be rented only lying for events, but also undertakes various guest and charter trips along the Kiel Canal and on the Elbe.
**LUKE II**
Deep in the belly of the BLEICHEN lies the hatch II. The former hold of the general cargo freighter has been sensitively converted into an extraordinary event location, taking into account its original use. The massive rusty steel walls and the floor made of rustic wooden planks of the listed ship have been preserved and still bear witness to the eventful maritime history of the BLEICHEN.
With an event area of 282 m², the Hatch II can impressively accommodate up to 200 people. Its unpolished charm offers an unforgettable setting for corporate events of all kinds as well as for private celebrations such as weddings or big birthdays.
The LUKE II hold on the BLEICHEN is not a thoroughly styled event location, but a rough beauty with a maritime soul, where you can experience the port of Hamburg more authentically than at any other location.
**OPEN-AIR-DECK**
The OPEN-AIR-DECK is perfectly suited for a reception situation. With appropriate tent solutions, the area can also be designed to be largely weather-independent. Since we are in the middle of the harbor, it is also possible to celebrate outside without restrictions!
**SALON - PORT RAILROAD - PORT DEPOT**
If required, you can include the SALON on the BLEICHEN and three historic carriages of the HAFENBAHN in your event and thus expand the areas. They are suitable as a breakout room, for example. Even larger is the adjacent HAFENDEPOT with 512 m², which convinces with capacities for up to 400 people.
